    Was this car actually in park? We had a similiar accident. Our car wouldn’t start. We put it in park, took the key out and went into the house. The car then rolled across the yard, down a steep hill and into a tree. The keys were sitting on the kitchen table. The dealer doesn’t believe that we could remove the key without it being in park.
